To Someone Special...

If I was to never see someone I love again, my last words to them would simply be how I felt for them. I would tell them how much they mean to me and how much of an impact they made on my life. If they had no choice but to leave my life, then I would want them to leave knowing everything about how I felt towards them. Finally, the last important thing would be to tell them how much I love them.

Most Thankful For...

One thing from my five day weekend that I am thankful for is spending time with my family that I do not really spend time with on a regular basis. I am thankful for this because when we are all together we never fail to have a good time. The whole time is filled with laughter and excitement. I enjoy being around them because its fun having everybody together at once. I would not trade these moments for anything else in the world.

Thanksgiving Dinner

If I was responsible for Thanksgiving dinner, I would have the biggest meal. I would have all different kinds of food that my guests would enjoy. The foods would be like turkey, stuffing, corn bread, greens, mashed potatoes, baked beans, green bean casserole, corn, sweet potatoes, apple and pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, and whatever else my guests decide to bring. The only people helping me cook all this food would be my mom, grandma, and aunt because they make the best food. All my friends and family would be invited and able to enjoy this amazing meal.

Johnny Cupcakes😋

The most influential thing about the Johnny Cupcakes presentation was how all throughout the presentation, Johnny gave reasons as to why you should do what makes every individual happy.  He also told about the stories of when everybody around him thought he was going to fail, but even though they thought that, he still kept trying and soon succeeded. It was also influential because he did whatever it took to find a job that made him happy. The last reason why it was influential was because he gave great reasoning behind every aspect he talked about. The presentation was entertaining because he made jokes and made the presentation make sense. 

Place I Would Like to Travel ~

If I could go anywhere in the world, I'd go to Puerto Rico. I would go there because from pictures it looks beautiful with great weather. I would also go there because Puerto Ricans make the best food. One food I really like that Ricans make is rice and condoles. Another reason why I would go is so I could go to  a Romeo Santos or Prince Royce concert.

Special Gadget

A machine I would build to help enrich the future would be a robot to perform difficult surgeries in the operating room. The difference between the robots I'd invent and the ones we have now is they would be much smarter with much more knowledge and they would have every surgery tool needed for surgery. With regular surgeons, it is a possibility to mess up or damage an internal body part, but with the robot, you would not have to worry about it at all. They would give the patient a better result in the end and help them recover faster.

If Money Was No Object...

If money was no object in the world today, I would get the most amount of schooling to get my MD in nursing. Then eventually I would build my own hospital and have it ran the way I want. The main difference between my hospital and another hospital would be the policy on insurance. The amount of money one has should not determine the way they get treated. Doctors would be able to give patients medication no matter what the cost is or how much the insurance will pay for. Another big difference would be doctors and nurses would nurture and take care of patients the right way. Supplying all the patient's needs ad making sure they are comfortable. A third way my hospital would be different is that I would make every room seem like home to the patients. They would get better beds, food,
and have many different choices of activities to do than just lay in bed all day.

Eat, Breath, Play Softball

My favorite hobby or activity would be playing softball. This is has been my favorite thing to do since I was nine years old. I could play it all year long and never get tired of it. My main reason why I love it so much is because it takes so much work and dedication to be the best you can be and you can make so many more new friends that are on your team. Also I love being put to the test and being challenged to be better. Another reason why I love to play softball is because everything about it is fun to me; batting, playing the field, pitching, etc. I am also really good at it and I have been doing it for so long that its something without a doubt in my mind that I'll always do.

#1 Thing I Would Change

There are many different things in life that I would change, but the most important one that I would change is me breaking my foot the summer before seventh grade. I wish I could take this back because the same time I broke my foot, I made a softball all star team. It was my first year making that team and I couldn't even play because of my foot. This not only effected me, but my teammates also because they lost a player. When I broke my foot, they gave me a cast for three weeks and another one for two. So by the time I got the cast off, the season was over I really wish I could take breaking my foot back so I could have played.

#1 Thing I Value

The number one thing that I value the most in my life is my mom. I value her because she is a a strong person and she encourages me and helps me become the person I am today. She inspires me by believing in me when no one else does and showing me and my sister to not give up on anything if it's something we truly want. This means a lot to me because if it wasn't for her I would have quit on something in the past that has benefited me today. One example of this was Early College. When I wanted to quit, my mom kept encouraging me and made me change my mind. Another reason why I value my mom is because she's a strong person emotionally. It takes alot for her to break down and I wish I was more like her.

One Interesting Thing I Did Over the Summer.

One interesting thing I did over the summer was be in a quinceanera. A quinceanera or quince is when a girl turns 15, and she becomes a "woman", so they throw a big party to celebrate. The way this made my summer interesting was because basically every week, we had to all get together and practice the dance we would perform the day of the quince at the party. Another thing interesting about it was the actual day; August 3rd. On that day, we first went to church and she got her shoes changed and 14 other gifts (jewelry, rosary, bible, doll, pillow, photo album, etc.). Then we all went to the lake and took pictures by the fountain and the beach. After, we all went to the party place to set up and practice our dance. Then we finally performed the dance. When we were done we got to dance whatever and eat. I had a fun time and enjoyed it alot.

Diamante

   My name is Diamante. It is very unique like a rose growing in a crack of the concrete.
   I was named Diamante by my mom. She chose to name me this because when she was in highschool, she took Spanish and learned that "diamond" in Spanish is Diamante.
   To me, my name is butter sweet. I feel this way because I like how nobody has the same name as me and it is very unique and different. I dislike my name sometimes because a lot of people mispronounce it.
   The meaning of my name explains my personality, perfectly. Diamonds are bright and clear. Me as a person, I am bright and fun to be around but I am also "clear" or easy to read.

#1 Rule.

       My number one rule that I live by in life is practice makes perfect. I believe this is important because the more someone practices, the better they will perform no matter what they choose to do . Another reason is if people never practice they will never get better or the result they should be getting. For example if I play a sport, I will never improve or become any better if I do not practice
       Practice makes perfect is an important rule because it shows that someone is dedicated to something enough to where they will not give up until they get the result they want. It will also show what kind of person someone is based on if they give up easily or not. This rule is also a very good habit to have. Knowing I can not get better unless I practice, makes me want to try harder and strive for the best, instead of expecting to get better by not doing anything.
